Lee Colvin is a safeguarding specialist with over 30 years’ experience in Public Protection with Hampshire Constabulary, where he served as a Detective Inspector leading child protection, vulnerable adult safeguarding, and multi‑agency risk management.
He now brings that frontline expertise into accredited safeguarding, first aid, and professional development training, helping organisations build confident, compliant, and trauma‑informed practice. LMC Training Solutions is built on Lee’s commitment to protecting the vulnerable and empowering professionals with practical, legally grounded skills they can use immediately.
